Recently remodeled for modern convenience, this villa offers a bright, fully stocked kitchen and multiple tranquil spots to unwind. Key Features: 3 Stories of Charm: Enjoy unique touches like a vintage piano, electric fireplace, designated workspace, and cozy alcoves indoors and out. Multiple Outdoor Retreats: Relax on the spacious creekside patio for outdoor dining, or take in the sounds of the water from one of the private upper-level balconies. Sleeping: 3 dedicated bedrooms (Queen, King, Queen) plus flexible sleeping in the third-floor sitting area (Sleeper Sofa & rollaway twin). Sleeps up to 8. Stairs: Please use caution on the spiral staircase leading to the upper level. A/C: The home does not have central A/C but stays cool due to the creek and mountain shade. Fans are provided. Connectivity: Cell service is limited near the house; WiFi calling and streaming is available. Wildlife: This is a mountain, creekside location; please expect to see lots of wildlife including elk, deer and bears. Do not leave any food outside Restrictions: Non-smoking property. No campers or trailers (narrow driveway). A Note on Mountain Wildlife: Our property is nestled in a beautiful natural environment. While we take meticulous steps to clean and maintain the house and employ professional pest control, it is a reality of mountain living that insects and small field rodents can occasionally find their way inside, particularly during seasonal changes.
