Perfect house for the 10 of us - 6 adults and 4 kids 7-11 years old. We've been going over Mother's Day weekend for about 5 years and it has always been clean, in good shape and Kenny is a very responsive host if you have a question or need something. I can also highly recommend this location because it's in a quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes from downtown Glenwood Springs.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Lots of room to stretch out and share meals. Visited by a big herd of elk in the road coming in. Wonderful to stop and enjoy their company. We will definitely come back!
