The house was exactly as described and was perfect for our family get together of 14 people. The kids enjoyed the game room, the hot tub, and the play area outside.. The house is close enough to town to be convenient, but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle of town. There is plenty of room for everyone outside and inside. Kenny the host is very easy to communicate with and checks in daily through email. He is very responsive to any thing that needs to be addressed. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect house for the 10 of us - 6 adults and 4 kids 7-11 years old. We've been going over Mother's Day weekend for about 5 years and it has always been clean, in good shape and Kenny is a very responsive host if you have a question or need something. I can also highly recommend this location because it's in a quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes from downtown Glenwood Springs.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Lots of room to stretch out and share meals. Visited by a big herd of elk in the road coming in. Wonderful to stop and enjoy their company. We will definitely come back!
