Summer Cooling: Cooling for the property is efficiently managed by a single, large portable air conditioning unit, which is typically available during the warmer months, from late May through early October. There is no central air conditioning. A Note on Mountain Wildlife: Our property is nestled in a beautiful natural environment. While we take meticulous steps to clean and maintain the house and employ professional pest control, it is a reality of mountain living that insects and small field rodents can occasionally find their way inside, particularly during seasonal changes. We very much enjoyed our stay, and absolutely recommend this place, we will certainly stay here next time we’re in Glenwood. The house was spotless, cozy, and close to the main area of downtown, walkable in good weather. Easy, proactive comms from the hose, check in was a cinch, and check out was even easier (we only had to run the dishwasher). Thank you, Kenny, for the wonderful stay.

Great place! We booked a last minute trip for my family to glenwood between Christmas and new years, and I was so grateful we were able to find such a perfect place for the 4 of us. Immaculately clean house, super comfy couch, ample kitchen items. Really nice to have a covering for the car that connects to the back entrance. So easy to walk to the Main Street. We are already talking about making this an annual trip and we would definitely stay here again if it is available.
